1. Use gmgn

On gmgn, users can bind their Twitter account and address. We can use this function to find the address of KOL.

For example, if we want to know what the address of 0xsun is, we can enter "0xsun" in the search box, and the address of 0xsun will appear in the bottom search result, as shown in the figure

Click the address in the search results and we can see the detailed information of the 0xsun address, as shown in the figure. We can see his Twitter followers, and click to jump to Twitter; we can see his winning rate; we can see his 7-day profit and loss situation, and the 7-day profit is US$2.3 million.

In this way, when we want to know the address of a certain KOL, we can search on gmgn to see if it has been bound to the address. If so, we can find it.

2. Use chain.fm

chain.fm is an on-chain monitoring platform. Users upload a lot of smart money addresses, including many KOL addresses. The boss is @zen913.

A few years ago, chain.fm launched the search function, which supports searching with keywords, so we can use this function to find the address of KOLs.

There are two ways to find a KOL address using chain.fm:

1. Directly search for the specific KOL name

Let's continue to take 0xsun as an example. Enter "0xsun" in the input box and you can see several addresses appear, as shown in the figure

The first address in the search results is included in 426 channels, and it is basically the most likely that it is the address of 0xsun. We can also go to gmgn to verify it to see if 0xsun himself has authenticated this address.

2. Search with the keyword "KOL"

We can also enter the keyword "KOL" to find all relevant information on chain.fm, as shown in the figure

When we enter "KOL", we will find all the relevant channels. The channels are all KOL addresses organized by the channel owner. We just need to verify the authenticity.

Under the wallet option, use the keyword "KOL" to find the address with this information, as shown in the figure

The address found through chain.fm is based on the upload of the channel owner. It cannot be guaranteed to be 100% true. We need to cross-verify on gmgn , Twitter or other channels.

3. Analysis of clues based on Twitter

Both of the above methods are relatively simple, and you can find them as long as you are willing to take the time to sort them out. However, some KOLs do not actively disclose their addresses, so in this case, they have to find them through other methods.

1. Clearly posting

Some KOLs will post orders in tweets, and the pictures contain specific transaction information, such as trading time, buying or selling, trading amount and the amount of coins. It is particularly easy to find when posting orders, because there is specific transaction information, we only need to filter based on this information.

We recommend using Eagle ( https://dexscreener.com/ ) to filter orders. We can make detailed screening based on the transaction time, transaction type (buy or sell), transaction amount, and transaction amount, as shown in the figure.

Let's collect all the valid information first:

(2) According to the tweet, Burder first buys $Ncat and $Noland, and then buys $Calicoin

(3) The information given by the pictures in the tweet is rich, as shown in the picture. You can know:

a. The number of holdings of $Calicoin is 4M

b. The number of holdings of $Noland is 37.6M

c. $Ncat's holdings are 30M, but only account for 57% of the holdings

d. When taking the screenshot, their position was only 2 minutes.

From the above information, we can know that Burder's trading time is from 8:23 to 9:53, combined with the holding time of the picture for 2 minutes, and the trading time may be at the latest of 9:51. 5. Monitoring

After finding out the address of the KOL and performing data analysis, we need to mark and classify each address, and then use tools to monitor these addresses, so that when they have transactions, we can know as soon as possible, which can be earlier than the community and Twitter.
